Service Department is completely incompetent. 3 wks ago went to have a warranty item replaced. After 4 HOURS I was told they needed to order a part, even though they knew ahead of time why I was bringing the car in. 2 weeks later Service Advisor calls to tell me part is in and we schedule the appt. I went today, drove 40 mins to get there, waited outside by my car in the heat 15 minutes before anyone even said hello. Then I'm told I'm not on the schedule. Complained to the service manager and she said she would get me in. THEN I find out the part isn't even there!! I asked why did Service Advisor call me to make appt and tell me part was in - no explanation. Went back to Service Advisor and gave her update. Told her I was xxxxxx and this was totally unacceptable. All I got was ... "oh i'm sorry". SERIOUSLY??!! No offer to help me at all. So I said "I'm done and I'll never come back here." What a piece of crap service department! Also, I have an extended warranty which I mentioned the first time I was there and the Service Advisor said I didn't have one. I said yes I do - she finally found it. Ugh!! What ever happened to customer service??

General Sales Manager Erik Slemon and his team have made King Hyundai an excellent place to purchase your vehicle. Absolutely 5 Star worthy. Unfortunately, the service department is not nearly as good when it comes to customer service.

Checked at 7:15 am for 1 recall, 15 mins early from my 7:30 am. Received a text saying I would be updated on the progress vi Text. 10:30 am no news. I went to the advisor who said there were 2 other recalls (which she did not communicate). 11:30 am still no update. Went back for an update. Advisor was not in the office. Asked the person who checked me in for an update; he could not provide an update. I asked him to find my advisor. It took him 10 mins to decide to go (He was not doing anything for 10 mins). Came back with my advisor. Advisor said my car was being washed (never asked to have it washed). Had to wait another 30 ins because she had to "prepare" the paperwork Finally left at 12:30 pm. I would have been fine with the experience if I did not have to run after updates!! Not going back there

Good location , my salesperson was excellent, dealership and finance was average, I would buy it again

Service of our new Hyundai Sante Fe Calligraphy was disappointing and frustrating. Despite numerous calls to Service personnel (manager and Reps), no one returned our calls. Finally, got hold of a manager who assisted. Communication among personnel was poor and left us guessing as to what to expect. Required multiple trips to resolve issues. I do NOT recommend servicing your vehicle here!

This dealership is efficient, professional and very friendly, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who needs service or even to buy a new car

Special note for Hyundai: I have 2 Sonata 1:2024 and the other one 2023, on my 2023 I never have any issues and sadly the engine need to be replace and Hyundai agree to replace my engine for free! . This is a proof Hyundai care of there customers and they stand being there products!! I will be a Hyundai customer for life! Thank you!!

Id give it a 5 but directional signs to service department dont exhist it was gard to find as a 1st time visitor. The customer lounge needs allot of help no water in fridge, no coffee cups juts 3 pk of basic sugar, no snacks, tv was off..maybe set it to chill music and nature images ? My guy Greg was great explained my warranty from outside of state dealer may be just with them and t9 check before I need to use it!
