I called for a repair on a broken horn and didn’t realize it, but the service department informed me that my repair was covered under warranty. They were able to get the car in the following day and found that both horns (didn’t know there were 2) needed to be replaced. The work was done in less than 2 hours, plus they checked the wheel alignment and had the car washed. Karina was awesome.

The entire service department was very nice and understanding of my situation & they acted professionally & accommodating to fix my SUV, especially Adrian Orozco, the service representative, who was very kind in also arranging transportation for us while SUB was being fixed. However, I was not happy to find out Hyundai Corporation would not cover my rotors under the warranty costing me over $1,000 out of my pocket.
