General Sales Manager Erik Slemon and his team have made King Hyundai an excellent place to purchase your vehicle. Absolutely 5 Star worthy. Unfortunately, the service department is not nearly as good when it comes to customer service.
Checked at 7:15 am for 1 recall, 15 mins early from my 7:30 am. Received a text saying I would be updated on the progress vi Text. 10:30 am no news. I went to the advisor who said there were 2 other recalls (which she did not communicate). 11:30 am still no update. Went back for an update. Advisor was not in the office. Service of our new Hyundai Sante Fe Calligraphy was disappointing and frustrating. Despite numerous calls to Service personnel (manager and Reps), no one returned our calls. Finally, got hold of a manager who assisted. Communication among personnel was poor and left us guessing as to what to expect. Required multiple trips to resolve issues. I do NOT recommend servicing your vehicle here!

Special note for Hyundai: I have 2 Sonata 1:2024 and the other one 2023, on my 2023 I never have any issues and sadly the engine need to be replace and Hyundai agree to replace my engine for free! . Id give it a 5 but directional signs to service department dont exhist it was gard to find as a 1st time visitor. The customer lounge needs allot of help no water in fridge, no coffee cups juts 3 pk of basic sugar, no snacks, tv was off..maybe set it to chill music and nature images ? My guy Greg was great explained my warranty from outside of state dealer may be just with them and t9 check before I need to use it!

We had an amazing experience. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. It’s usually a nightmare. This was our first time leasing. They had a special. I’m aware that doesn’t include taxes and fees and isn’t the actual monthly price. I asked how much it would be with taxes and fees and for more miles a year. As always King Hyundai and their staff did not disappoint . I have 2 Mercedes Gwagons and an Hyundai Santa Fe . The service at King Hyundai by far beats any service I have ever had at Mercedes . They are accommodating took me in earlier and even took off some money on my service because of my customer relationship with them . Greg Abbey was my service person, he was very friendly, courteous knowledge regarding the service I needed for my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe and went over everything in detail with me what was going to be done. Horrible communication. I had an appointment at 9am and 6 minutes before they called to tell me the tech wasn’t working that day and then when i call back Greg didn’t even answer. They are not professional and are a rip off. Girl at call center was the only positive. DO NOT USE THEM

The dealership took 3 months to fix my car. They “replaced my engine” which ended up breaking as soon as I left the dealer because they forgot to connect the air pump to the engine. And the damaged the outside of the car when they fixed the car the first time. Then the engine they installed broke after 100 miles. They then took 2 months to fix the car the second time. I do not recommend having your vehicle serviced at this location. I took my car there to have recalls serviced. After numerous attempts to reach them they informed me that aside from the recalls my car's break line needed to be drained. What a bunch of scammers! They give you one price on the phone and lure you into the dealership only to change the price on you when you get there. They misrepresent the vehicle then straight-out lie to you.
I was ready to buy a new Hyundai and read other reviews. It seemed as though the dealer was a good one. I should have read the "negative" reviews a little closer. Those people were right. The sales people I dealt with were rude and aggressive. They proposed a package that ended up being $1,000 more than what I actually paid in Coconut Creek for the same car.
