Within the past seven days I was car shopping online and visited several dealerships; three Hyundai stores in total. I started the process online with all of them, which was a nightmare except for King Hyundai. I didn't know that when one responds to most car dealers online and enters their information requests, etc. that they might be dealing with a third party call center or a BDC (business development center) within the dealership that works with the sales team. Everything was good as far as the dealership and the car everything went well but the experience getting a Lyft ride was not fun took three Calls before I ever got home and when they came to pick me up to take me back to the dealership they couldn’t find me for about six minutes it was all a disaster

I had a water leak in the tailgate taillight and on my previous service visit for an oil and filter and tire rotation they ordered a new taillight. It arrived a couple days ago and I had an appointment today to get it replaced. Carol my service writer had my SUV in the shop quickly and I was finished in about an hour Nice quick service.
This dealership has been incredibly helpful, from Carol who assisted me to the gentlemen that did all my repairs in the service department and who was also very honest and fair. I highly recommend King Hyundai!!!

Good Evening I'm not sure if I'll be able to do this in 25 words or not but I really like coming to this Dealership's Service Center because I'm used to it. It's convenient. Our experience with Denis Bajrak was great. He was very professional, and thorough. We had advised him that we did not have much time to due to an appointment to we had. He was able to show us the vehicle that we were interested in and we were able to make a deal and buy a the vehicle without all the nonsense. We also were able to leave and come back to have all the paper work ready to sign and vehicle ready for pickup.

Logan was professional and friendly Arthur was nice but couldn't show me any ionigs because none were available. He said he would call me when he got one in. I came in for a battery replace at 9:30 am and left at 12noon. The wait time has always been too long. I recommend having an express garage for simple servicing.

Great service the only thing is that the wait time needs to be less than 3 hrs for an oil change. The service technician was great but I had to wait too long for a simple oil change every time.

We came in after dinner and I think they were closing in an hour and half. Our sales rep Arthur Miller showed us exactly what we were looking for. He knew our budget and worked with us and finance to make the deal. Arthur and the finance people stayed beyond closing. The next day we came in to finish up finance papers, sign off and met Amine. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some suggestions to help save money. Neither one pressured us into anything. It was a great experience.

Was satisfied with everything , except the fact that the parts that were needed for my repairs had to be ordered , BOTH times ? By that I mean , left car Saturday 06/08 , did analysis & had to order parts for the actual repair . Therefore , I had to bring car back , Saturday 06/15 , parts were Replaced & additional analysis done resulted in having to bring car back another weekend ??? It SHOULD NOT take 3 weeks to do the repairs that I needed ? Parts Department needs to have more parts in stock !!!!

Logan, right away took my request; oil change, cabin and engine filters inspection. He estimated a hour and half turn around, offered transportation but I chose to wait. Logan later confirmed the filters needed to be replaced and service was completed within his estimated time plus auto was washed. Was promised a courtesy car wash... Not done. Tech volunteered to have the car washed but after waiting 2 3/4 hrs for recall work to be done, I refused his kind offer.
